What do you work on first?

The highest-priority task that isn't blocked. Tasks waiting in testing or for your review don't hold the team: we move on to the next one.

Do I get a test environment?

Yes. Changes go to a test environment first. You review them there, and only then we ship to production.

Do bug fixes use Teias?

Yes, like any other work. Every entry shows who worked on it and for how long.

How do I flag something urgent?

Mark it as urgent in the portal or message us on WhatsApp. We'll tell you what moves to make room for it.
